Why I will vote for Magistrate Christine Krahulik
To the editor: I am writing in support of Magistrate Christine Krahulik for Supreme Court Justice. I have known Christine for many years and believe that the 9th Judicial District and, particularly, Orange County would be very well served with Christine as a Supreme Court Justice. In addition to her professional accomplishments, and as important, Christine has served as a member of the board of directors of the Bon Secours Charity Health System’s Warwick campus. She was chairperson of the committee responsible for the quality of patient care at St. Anthony Community Hospital, an acute care hospital; Schervier Pavilion, our nursing home; and Mt. Alverno, our assisted living facility. That pretty much covers most of the human experience. I have witnessed Christine accept the challenges, apply her knowledge of the law and the community, use her common sense and intelligence, and ask the difficult but correct questions that always best assess a situation. Christine has repeatedly demonstrated that she has the essential combination of judicial knowledge and professional demeanor. She has an understanding of both the business community and the community at large, and she brings a finely honed work ethic and dedication to whatever job is before her. I would urge all voters, irrespective of party affiliation, to vote for Christine Kruhulik for Superior Court Justice on Nov. 6, 2007. Jerome Quint M.D. Warwick
