'Use our tax money in better ... ways'

Mr. Mayor, you need to look into, seriously, getting sidewalks all the way down West Street. Cars drive way to fast down West Street and there are young school kids walking on the streets. I can’t walk with my kids to where the sidewalks start by Village Cove without having cars buzz by me or yelling for drivers to slow down. Instead of wasting money on painting the village building, use our tax money in better and productive ways. It’s time for better fiscal management and not spending money on “pet” projects. The paint on the village building is not precious; however, a child’s life is. I am calling on you and the village board to make better fiscal decisions with our tax money. Don’t let the taxpayers and voters down, again. Joe Amaturo Warwick
