Thanks, but no thanks' for the library land

To the editor: Open wide folks - here it comes. Warwick Grove has offered land for a proposed new library. Our mayor and tustees, hearing two words that always causes there ears to prick - free and me - were joyful. Then they picked their noses out of the gravy and found that the developer was two steps ahead of them. The village would have to accept an incomplete private road and maintain it to get access to the gift. Given that the library is part of Warwick Schools, which has too much of everything - including land - it is time to say, “Thanks, but no thanks.” L.E. Hemphill Warwick
