Thank you seems so meager'
To the editor: My husband and I moved to the town of Warwick almost three years ago and for not one day have we regretted this decision. Not only did we find the town beautiful and picturesque but the people to be more beautiful. They are warm, caring, loving and compassionate. This became most evident to me last week when I had a frightening automobile accident. I thank the good Lord neither I or my grandson were injured nor anyone else in the area. This was such a scary experience and I know it would have taken me much longer to overcome my shock were it not for the people who surrounded me that day. I wish I knew the names of all those who comforted me, held me and reassured me during the whole ordeal. To those I do not know, I want to say thank you for your comforting words. I especially want to thank police officers Harm and Cockburn who were so gentle in their handling of the situation; the EMS gentlemen who made absolutely sure we were not hurt; Linda Dawson, Thom Woglom, Dina and Pat who were there the entire time and kept reassuring me and offering themselves for whatever were my needs. Thank you seems so meager when appreciation goes so very deep. To all of you I say God bless you and thank you. I shall never forget your kindness. With my deepest appreciation, Ann Damia Warwick
