Support Pine Islander for Warwick Town Board

We support Russell Kowal in his bid to become a Warwick Town Councilman. Russell is a lifelong Warwick resident. He is a Pine Island Onion farmer and he has a long history of serving his community, which includes serving on many boards such as the Pine Island Chamber of Commerce and Orange County Farm Bureau. For the past five years he has been a member of the town’s planning board and his common sense approach and practical knowledge has been very helpful to many applicants that have come before this board, including us.
