Stolen property

To the editor: This is a report about stolen property. I would like the word to get out there, and people to be aware and to contact us if they see or know anything. On Sunday May 20, at approximately 9:30 a.m., broad daylight, my husband’s Banshee four-wheeler was stolen off our front lawn. We live on Jessup Road in Warwick between Florida and Warwick. The four-wheeler is white and blue and has a metal plate on the front with a picture of a skull wearing a top hat. It is loud and goes pretty fast. My husband and I were at church when this happened. We came home and it was gone. If you see anyone who suddenly has a “new” four-wheeler please let us know. They may also paint it to disguise it. This item is worth a few thousand dollars. Also, please be aware that even though we live in the country, there are nuts out there who think it’s okay to walk onto other people’s property and take what doesn’t belong to them. Please call us if you know anything about this. Paul and Jaime Nywening Warwick Editor’s note: The Nywenings have filed a police report; they can be reached at 845-544-1628 or 845-527-4307.
