To the editor: Councilman Noel Spencer will be a great Legislator for the 8th District. He has demonstrated leadership, honesty and a good work ethic in representing the Town of Chester since 1999. He will bring new ideas and energy to the County Legislature and will work tirelessly to enact solutions to the problems affecting our community today, i.e., Camp LaGuardia, high taxes and uncontrolled growth.
