'Russell Kowal will have my ... vote'

When I look at Russell Kowal, I see a man who was always willing to help his Pine Island neighbor to progress. Whether it was setting up the Black Dirt Art Show that featured the beauty and bounty of the neighborhood or helping the children and me to start and sustain a school garden at Pine Island Elementary School, Russell Kowal unselfishly gave his time, energy, and expertise. Now that Russell Kowal has entered the political arena as a candidate for the Warwick Town Council, I do not see a political party. Rather, I see that same unselfish and tireless worker, who is looking to expand his neighborhood circle to help. Russell Kowal will have my Independent vote.
