Quackenbush ‘always rose to the challenge'

To the editor: I am writing this letter in support of Meg Quackenbush, Republican candidate for Warwick town clerk. Since the town clerk is the direct link between the residents of the community and their local government, I can’t think of a better person for the job. Meg and I were co-workers for many years and I can attest to her commitment to perform a job thoroughly, in a timely and professional manner, no matter what the task. Her organizational and interpersonal skills are top notch. Her ability to put everyone around her at ease will surely make the transition for the public and her co-workers an easy one. I have seen Meg in some demanding situations and she always rose to the challenge. Integrity, professionalism, friendliness and commitment are what you’ll get if you elect Meg Quackenbush town clerk on Nov. 8. Catherine M. Earl Monroe
