Our thanks

Many know our cherished daughter and sister, Paige, recently passed away. We are grateful to so many: The unknown woman on the other end of the 911 call. The Town of Warwick Police for their kindness and professionalism during a very difficult situation - the department went above and beyond. The Warwick Ambulance Service and T.S. Purta Funeral Directors: The warmth and tact that each and every detail was taken care of will never be forgotten. Monroe Peds, especially Dr. Clubwala; Windsor Limousine; and the Warwick Valley Central School District, he board, pupil personnel department, transportation department, teachers, principals and staff. Also, the Center for Discovery as well as St. Stephen’s Church, clergy, choir and parishioners. We are blessed with wonderful family, amazing friends and outstanding neighbors. Paige touched so many, without ever saying a word. Our hearts are heavy with sadness; however, we realize the gift we were given when Paige entered this world. She overcame obstacles that many will never face. Thank you, each of you, those we know and those we have never met, thank you. Michael, Dawn, Claire, Jesse and Chloe Hazard Warwick
