One rarely finds this ‘kind of service, care and commitment'

To the editor: I am writing to express a very grateful thank you to Bill and Linda Dawson of Dawson Motors in Warwick. Several weeks ago, I was involved in an auto accident in the Village of Florida. While the teenage driver took full responsibility, I was left to face a nightmarish maze of paperwork. The confusion of filling out accident reports, dealing with his insurance company, the auto body repair shop and, ultimately, the salvage company once it was determined my car was a total loss, was overwhelming. I turned to Bill and Linda, knowing I could count on them for support and the best possible advice. Bill calmed me down, spent hours easing me through all the necessary steps to resolution and immediately went to work to find me another vehicle within my severely limited budget. One rarely finds the kind of service, care and commitment that Dawson Motors extends to their customers. Bill and Linda go far above and beyond what one could expect and match expertise in auto repair and sales with patience, sincerity and warmth. Bill single-handedly kept my 1988 VW alive for 17 years and, after its demise, the used car that I purchased from Linda gave me nothing but pleasure until the accident.
