"Ways to show heroes how appreciated they are'

    Thank you so much for your interest in being involved with Angel Bakers, a non profit of Soldiers' Angels where the community comes together monthly to bake for deployed soldiers in trying conditions or in need of a morale boost.
    This program would not have come together without such enthusiastically involved community partners. The PIE/MAC program in Warwick Valley School District would like to personally and formally thank the following contributors:

    To date, the community has baked and hand decorated eight dozen custom cookies for Sonia, a Marine who loves sports, and Justin in the Army who enjoys all things outdoors.
    Coming up, the community will bake for Niten, who loves to sing and play the piano, as well as Victor who enjoys exercising and Marvel comics.
    There are many more baking opportunities to become involved with - through December 2019. Please share the sign-up link attached here. Participants can sign up for as many sessions as desired. All ages are welcome to participate.

    Each baking session lasts about 1.5 hours. You don't need to bring anything except a joy for baking for a cause. The session offers a card making station, where custom cards are made for the soldier. A write-up of the town and businesses/organizations are also included.
    These are small, yet significant ongoing ways to show heroes how appreciated they are.
    Ingredient and packaging donations are also welcome at any time.
