Warwick Pantry offers thanks
We asked only that supporters give to the pantry something they would not use for themselves. The response was generous and I am deeply grateful.
That something was the shank half cook’s smoked ham ShopRite offered as a “free holiday dinner favorite” to customers who spent $400 between March 10 and April 20.
These hams are prized by our families because the meat is a favorite and they yield so many meals. All of the hams — even those that arrive after Easter — will go home with families.
It was nice to welcome so many of the contributors into the church and say thank you in person. To everyone else who supported the pantry in this effort I offer a deeply felt thank you.
Thank you as well for blessings bestowed and shared.
