Two ‘Moore’ years

I would like to take this opportunity to add my voice to the hundreds of Greenwood Lake village residents in their support to re-elect Mayor Moore.

She has shown over the last six years that she is committed to the health, welfare and prosperity of our great little home.

Her initiatives and accomplishments have brought this place from a period of status quo is OK to one where continuous improvements are the order of the day.

There is a Japanese saying: “Action without vision is a nightmare; vision without action is a daydream.”

We’ve had the former, and don’t want the latter.

Mayor Moore has shown that she has vision and her record speaks volumes about the plans that she has carried through to completion.

She has proven over her tenure that her primary concern is her job as village mayor, even though she still has a day job to fit into her life. Her business experience and extensive networks bring so much to making this position a professionally run operation.

I urge voters to carefully consider re-electing Mayor Barbara Moore and running mate Sara Cox to keep our village on a positive track for the future.
