‘To make our community better’

I am a longtime resident of the Village of Greenwood Lake and I am writing to encourage my fellow village residents to vote for Jesse Dwyer for Mayor.

I have followed this mayoral campaign closely, and I have come to recognize the distinctions between the two candidates. I am impressed with the honesty that Jesse Dwyer continues to demonstrate. He is clearly willing to acknowledge the serious problems, which our community faces.

Despite some of the popular rhetoric to the contrary, the Arms of the Lake remain weed infested and they are filling in with silt faster than ever.

The quality our drinking water is no better, but it is far more expensive.

Many of our store fronts still stand empty, and our taxes are higher than ever before.

A true leader does not simply seek the limelight and claim all of the credit.

We need a leader who will put the community first; candidly address the issues; and work with other Village officials and our local civic organizations, to make our community better.

I urge all village residents to join me and vote Dwyer for Mayor
