‘This is wrong’

| 17 Jan 2021 | 04:23

I am 75 years old and escaped the communist Czechoslovakia in 1968 and came to the USA in April 1969 after waiting period in Europe.

I admire this country’s freedom, almost unlimited opportunity to succeed. The protest in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 6, was the site that I never would have thought to see in the United States, but I saw it.

Those unruly and violent hundreds of participants, who actually invaded the Capitol, must be punished to the full extend of the law.

It is now acceptable fashion to blame the president and all 75,000,000 U.S. citizens who voted for him.

    This is wrong.

I watched the president’s speech and he did not urged the protesters to invade the Capitol.

How quickly was the president demonized by the liberal Democrats and progressives, but nobody would ask why this has happened. It happened because of the presidential election outcome. The election in this country supposed to be free and fair. This 2020 election was neither free or fair. This was proven in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Arizona, with affidavits signed under oath, but for whatever reason, courts would not hear it.

Even here in Warwick, during the school budget election, people received many ballots for the people who no longer lived in that addresses and/or were deseased. The voters roll has to be cleaned up and up-dated, signature and addresses verified. This is the only way to assure free and fair election in the future.

Now, the radical Democrats suggesting to punished all President Trump supporters by somehow re-educating them in a camps, prohibid them of future employments, blocked them from twitter and facebook accounts, in short punished them for voting for a candidate they liked. Those suggestion put a chill thru my spine, because I lived thru it and do not recommend it to anyone, especially our children and their children. Thank you very much.

    Sincerely,

    John Ihnachak
