'They have given all who knew them much joy along the way'

Icons of our Town continue to leave us here on earth and we all mourn their leaving.
Just this past week we lost Theresa Shuback Bogdanski, Marie Barth and Al Lewis.
Each one of these folks have left their mark on our community and have contributed to what we enjoy today.
My recollections range from Theresa’s infectious smile and her joy in running the 50/50 to benefit the Senior Picnic so that her fellow seniors could continue to enjoy a day in the park at no cost.
Marie’s smile also greeted everyone who was lucky to get to her counter at the Grand Union and she would always engage my kids to make them smile as well.
Al was a quiet man but one who was committed to preserving the environment and the quality of life here in Warwick and I would say he certainly was successful in that effort.
We know our life on this planet is short but by any measure these citizens have made the most of that time. They have given all who knew them much joy along the way.
