'The Village of Florida will be in great hands with Bob Schreibeis as mayor'

Dear residents of the Village of Florida,
After serving the Village of Florida as mayor for the last 16 years, I have never felt closer or more proud of our community. I have spent my days working for a better Florida as our village is so very important to me.
It has been my goal to leave our village in better condition than when I took office back in 2002. I am happy to hear that my friend, Bob Schreibeis, has stepped up to the plate to run for mayor and continue to lead, grow and develop our magnificent village.
Bob and I have worked together in various capacities over many years. We worked closely when Bob was chairman of the Village of Florida’s Planning Board, as Bob serves on the Orange County Industrial Development Agency and as Bob proudly serves as the chairman of the Florida Fire District Board of Commissioners.
Bob serves and has served in all of these capacities with dignity and honor.
In each of these roles, I learned that Bob is confident, thorough and committed to making the Village of Florida the best that it can be.
I am happy to endorse Bob to be our next mayor and I am confident that Bob will build upon all the accomplishments of my administration. The Village of Florida will be in great hands with Bob Schreibeis as our next mayor.
