The immediate threat of climate change

Intelligent people of any side of the aisle know that climate change is a reality. Just look at the increased amount of rainfall and water vapor in the form of thick clouds directly over our heads.

But our children and grand children’s futures are being determined by people with political and economic agendas. Their futures are in the hands of demagogues paid for their lip service to deny climate change.

If only our leaders came from the intelligent instead of the demagogued we could solve this thing. We addressed acid rain and the ozone problem and so we can deal with climate change.

It was recently reported that 150 members of the House of Representatives who are climate change deniers in the U.S. Congress took $30,000,000 in campaign contributions from fossil fuel companies.

Other businesses are required to handle their waste. Why not the fossil fuel industry?

Instead, they internalize their profits while externalizing their costs on us.

Everyone must engage climate change deniers and do everything they can to pressure our elected representatives to push and enact legislation to deal with climate change globally before it s too late.

Our children and their children can’t afford to wait.
