Taste of the Town committee offers its thanks
On behalf of St. Stephen the First Martyr Church and the Taste of the Town committee, I would like to offer thanks to our Taste of the Town sponsors, Crystal Run Healthcare, St. Anthony Community Hospital, Swish Data Corporation and Quick Chek; our restaurants and food and drink vendor participants, Platinum Chefs: Blarney Station, Breezy Point Inn, Halligan’s Public House, Jacks Pub at Caitlin Gardens, Mistucky Creek, Pennings Farm Market, Price Chopper, Roccoroma, ShopRite, Gold Chefs: Noble Pies and Texas Roadhouse, as well as Bellvale Farms Creamery, Best of Little Italy, Cornucopia Concepts Caterer, Chumley’s Barbeque, Eat Sweets Bakery, Florida Bakery and Deli, and Warwick Valley Winery for making our nine year event a great success.
Over 1,800 patrons spent the afternoon with us on the grounds of St. Stephen’s, enjoying delicious food and drink on Sunday, April 14.
We truly believe this food celebration has become one of the premiere events of its kind in the Hudson Valley.
In addition to raising over $23,000 for St. Stephen’s parish, Taste of the Town offers exposure to local businesses.
We thank our talented musicians, our own Tunes of the Town, Steve Kunzweiler, Matt Juliano, Erik Walker, Patti Gordon, Eric Visconti, Mike Digirolama, our countless volunteers, guest Culinary Cuisine judge Bobby Lerz of Hospitality Innovations and in kind donations from Warwick Sanitation, Price Chopper and Creative Visions.
We offer congratulations to the winners of our food salon competition, Halligan’s Public House for Best in Casual Fare, Breezy Point Inn for Best in Fine Dining and Eat Sweets Bakery for Best Dessert.
Thank you to the community for your support. We look forward to seeing you next May for our 10th year.
Sincerely,
Mary Juliano
