Supporting Harold Ciappi for county legisture

Harold (Hal) Ciappa is an excellent choice to represent District 3 in the Orange County Legislature. His 20 years as a health care administrator, combined with his current experience as a successful small business owner, provide a very strong background vital to making sound decisions in the important issues facing our county now and in the future.

Harold is dedicated to identifying issues and finding solutions to keep Valley View a viable county owned facility - as a safe, caring haven for those who need it as well as a secure working environment for its employees..

Harold also strongly believes the Orange County Government Building should be renovated rather than torn down and rebuilt at a cost to taxpayers of at least $20 million more.

Harold and his wife, Jean, have lived in Warwick for 30 years and raised two children here. He has served on various boards and held office in several organizations, in addition to coaching girls and boys sports over the years.
