Sanfordville solar: 'It's very ugly to look at'

    I suppose solar energy is a good thing, but I think the whole Sanfordville solar panel farm is a huge eyesore.
    I miss the 10 acres of beautiful green grass, and all of Warwick’s history that happened there; the Native Americans, the Continental Army, the hated Red Coats marching by, maybe even President George Washington himself, the hard working farmers who cleared and farmed all those acres for generations.
    The family thought it important and significant enough to bury their loved ones there (just above Route 94).
    Sorry, I would rather look at those 10 acres of oxygen producing green grass, than the mechanical machine farm that is there now; it’s very ugly to look at.
