Paul Ruszkiewicz attacks ‘problems head on’

This Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 5th, we will have the opportunity to elect an outstanding young businessman, farmer and community servant to the Orange County Legislature.

I have had the pleasure of working with Paul Ruszkiewicz on issues facing our farmers in Warwick, especially those related to the continual flooding of the Black Dirt region which is the major threat to our $35 million dollar farm economy.

Paul, as president of the Orange County Vegetable Growers Association and head of the Wallkill Drainage District Commission, has continually attacked these problems head on with practical solutions and a “can do” attitude.

This is exactly the kind of legislative leadership we need at this critical time as our county tackles the tough issues that have paralyzed Goshen for the past two years.
