Pearl Harbor Day is today.
A moment of silence as we all pray.
For the brave men and women who died on that day.
The Japanese tried to destroy each navy boat.
Few ships remained afloat.
It was December 7, 1941.
A sad day when the attack was done.
It happened 84 years ago.
A day we should remember and know.
FDR called this event “a day of infamy.”
Never forgetting it is the key.
So let us commemorate this time.
When innocent people were killed in their prime.
