Nothing but thieves in the night

At sometime during Saturday evening our Romney/Ryan lawn signs were stolen from our home in Warwick. They were also stolen from two of our neighbors house as well.

Some of the signs were not even near the road but set far up onto property which is further disturbing.

Fortunately, my husband, Stephen Hoey owns, KDF a local printer - a company he built - not the government, and we can print more.

If that name sounds familiar, it’s because KDF sponsors through services or donations many events in Warwick. They include the Warwick football league and Warwick School District, the Warwick EXPO, Applefest, the Reflections Contest, the PTA, various fund raisers and countless other events through his signage abilities and more often than not, it’s been proudly donated.

Now obviously, the thieves did not know they were stealing from a local business family.

Which is precisely my point.

When you steal from someone simply because you want to disparage a political campaign, you are not only tainting one of the most important American rights, the right to freedom of speech, but you are also directly attacking a hard-working, community driven family.

To the thieves that stole them, please know that we will be printed three times the amount stolen and we will be donating even more.
