Buyer beware of your surroundings before you make that investment in a home.
As time goes on and more people move into our area there are going to be more businesses also. That's progress.

Your property values will not plummet; they will continue to rise.
Just as you paid more for your house so close to town, so will the future home purchasers.
Location, location, location. It's time for those residents to stop their complaining and grow up and act like adults.
