'I'll believe that when I see it'

Great article on the Warwick Valley School District solar panels. They seem to be working very well and the district will "break even" in 12.82 years.
What happens then?
Will they continue to work and the taxes and budget will be reduced?
I'll believe that when I see it.
Meanwhile, the school budget will continue, if we're lucky, to increase by the miraculous 2 percent each year, our governor will brag about the few crumbs he throws back to us via rebates and STAR and then in 2020 he can do for the United States what he has done for New York State.
