On Monday, April 3, I was sworn in as Village of Warwick Trustee. I would like to thank everyone that came out to vote on March 21. My term is for one year to fill a vacancy.
In my role, I am liaison to: Office of the Treasurer, Youth/WYDO/Warwick Valley Community Center/Warwick Valley Prevention Coalition, Public Interface and Outreach, Senior Citizens, Ethics and Alternate Liaison to Parks and Recreation, Environmental and Veterans.
With this position comes a great responsibility. It is a responsibility that I am ready for and honored to have.
I am so supported by the community, the Mayor and Board and the office staff. There is also so much support from the state and NYCOM offering training sessions and resources for information.
This support, both technical and personal, has further fueled my passion for my community involvement now in this official capacity. I am looking forward to upcoming projects and dedicated to do as much as I can in my short term.
