Dan Mahoney Follows Through

To the Editor:

I am writing to endorse my good friend Dan Mahoney for the Warwick Board of Education. Dan nobly served in the FDNY, in the South Bronx, where he was faced with countless challenges, a great many of which were extremely dangerous. Dan’s personality reflects his years of service to NYC. He follows through when tasked with a mission. He is keenly aware of his position and what his duties are. He has both drive and ambition that is, likewise, tempered with poise and thoughtfulness.

For the many years that I’ve known Dan, he has constantly sought out different views, with a genuine interest in learning. In fact, Dan is currently pursuing his law degree, expressly to help people wrongfully convicted of crimes. His love of education, of the classroom, and moreover his own three children will make him the ideal candidate to serve on the Warwick Board on Education.
