Cub Scout pack 121 did fantastic job on food drive

The Greenwood Lake Food Pantry would like to thank all the Cub Scouts of Pack 121 for the fantastic job they did in their Food Drive last weekend.
The Scouts went through the village the weekend of June 30th distributing plastic bags with a note detailing their Food Drive.
They asked the residents to fill the bags with non-perishables, toiletries and paper goods.
And the people of Greenwood Lake came through as they always do.
The Scouts went back out the morning of July 7th to collect the bags and bring them to the Pantry.
Dozens of bags were deposited in the parking lot of the Food Pantry and volunteers gathered to unpack and shelve all the donations.
We are very grateful for the Cub Scout’s dedication and hard work. And we appreciate the support of their leaders and families and the people of Greenwood Lake. Thanks to all of you; the Pantry and the residents who utilize it are very glad to have you.
