Barry Cheney ‘is more than just an asset to our village’

I am writing this letter to endorse Barry Cheney for Village Trustee of Warwick.

I have known Barry for six years. During these six years he has always gone over and beyond for the protection of and well-being of the youth of our town.

One particular instance comes to mind with my own son.

While playing over in Memorial Park, there was a “dirt” mound near one of the fields. The “dirt” consisted of dirt, glass, large rocks, many things to injure a child. Least to say, someone pushed my son into that pile where he received a very nasty injury.

When I brought this to the attention to Barry, explaining the potential for more injuries, Barry made sure that the mound was removed, showing once again that he goes over and beyond.

I hope that you can see that Barry is more than just an asset to our village, but an important person to make sure things are done with the utmost care and concern of all involved.
