A heartfelt thank you to Warwick Rotarians and the Galloway Grill

Over the years Stan Martin and his caring group of volunteers from the Warwick Valley Rotary, have been bringing flowers to brighten up the day for the seniors at the Creekside Apartments.

Each year he would drop off roses for every resident.

This past January he brought PPE mask for all residents during the Pandemic with the “Million Mask Challenge.”

The icing on the cake was on June 1: Stan and a group of volunteers came and delivered a fresh made fish or pork luncheon complete with potatoes and vegetables to all the Creekside residents.

Special thanks also to Greg and Denise of the Galloway Grill who first contacted me a week before so we could take orders for the lunch.

I received calls from grateful Creekside residents about how nice that was of them and how fresh and delicious the luncheon was.

It was just so nice, especially during these challenging times, that the Warwick Valley Rotary and Galloway Grill thought to do this random act of kindness. It allowed the seniors to sit back after eating the lunch and just think how we are truly blessed to be here in Warwick around such a caring group of people.
