Kelly supports Pillmeier for legislature

To the editor: I support Michael R. Pillmeier for Orange County Legislator in the third district. Michael has the integrity, caring and common sense to make good decisions on behalf of the people of Orange County. He has been instrumental in assuring that an Open Space Plan is in place for the county and that it is adequately funded for the preservation of farmlands. Michael is dedicated public servant who knows that tax dollars must be spent wisely to meet ever increasing demands. Michael’s experience on various committees, in both the Legislature and the community, make him the man for the job. Michael Pillmeier has worked to reduce real property taxes, supports local volunteer firefighters and ambulance corps, and has helped to improve emergency services by working to create a new E-911 system which responds to cellular emergency calls. I urge everyone to vote for the right thing for the Towns of Warwick and Minisink by re-electing Michael Pillmeier as your county legislator. Sincerely, Sue Kelly U.S. Representative
