Judge Farina ‘is one of the finest men I know'

To the editor: I am writing to urge the voters of Orange County to vote for Judge Richard Farina for Orange County Judge. I have known Judge Farina for nearly 10 years and he is one of the finest men I know. I am in a unique position to write this letter in support of his candidacy. I have served as his bailiff for over eight years in the Village of Warwick Court. I have had the opportunity to observe Judge Farina directly and indirectly in many judicial settings. He is an intelligent, experienced and caring individual whose rulings reflect these qualities. All those appearing in his court are treated with dignity and respect. Justice is served because he is extremely well qualified, lie is tough when it is prudent to be tough. He is compassionate when it is prudent to be compassionate. Judge Farina is qualified, experienced, respected and independent. He will make a great Orange County Judge. John W. Dobbins Jr.
