Greenhall showed ‘courage and foresight'

To the editor: On behalf of the Board of Education of the Greenwood Lake UFSD, I would like to thank the Board of Education of the Warwick Valley CSD and Dr. Frank Greenhall for their support in our recent referendum vote. This plan would have saved both of our districts a great deal of money. It is unfortunate that the Warwick community failed to see the merits of this. Dr. Greenhall is to be particularly commended for his courage and his foresight. He understood that this was a golden opportunity to join two closely connected communities in a way that would have benefited both communities. Greenwood Lake will continue to search for a solution to its high school issue. Thanks again to the Warwick Valley CSD Board of Education and Dr. Frank Greenhall for your support. John J.
