Former opponent backs Farina

To the editor: This letter is to endorse Judge Richard Farina for town judge in Warwick. I first met Judge Farina in 1995 and was very pleased when he decided to put his expertise to use in our Village Court. He conducts the court in a dignified and professional manner, is courteous and patient with all parties, and resolves the cases before him in a fair and equitable manner. I am confident that Judge Farina will be a fair, honest and excellent town judge. Finally, I note, I ran against Judge Farina in 2003. Those of you who spoke to me at that time know that I consistently described him as a fair and excellent judge. I hope that this persuades you that the praise in this letter is genuine.
