CVS sign is an ‘eyesore'

To the editor: Remember when CVS was trying to win public support to put a store in the Village of Warwick? Remember the beautiful drawings designed to show how their lovely store and parking lot would fit so nicely in the Historic District? Now that they are here, they have done nothing to beautify the property (other than fix the pavement in the parking lot). Most recently they have erected an enormous, gaudy sign that is completely out of character with the other, tasteful signs of the local businesses in the same area. The CVS sign is an eyesore. It should be removed or covered up as soon as possible. Eva-Lynne Greene Warwick
