A word of thanks

To the editor: On behalf of the Warwick Lacrosse Booster Club n we would like to thank everyone who made this years MVP Lacrosse Camp a success. This past week we held a lacrosse camp at the Warwick Town Park for grades 3-11 which benefits the youth and varsity lacrosse program in Warwick both boys and girls. The players benefited by being taught by college lacrosse players sponsored by STX lacrosse. It was a great experience and success. It is truly one of the fastest rising sports in the area. We would like to acknowledge the town and the parks department responsible for the town park n they do an excellent job keeping that park beautiful. Also thank you to all of the parent volunteers n without your help n it would not be nearly as successful. A special thanks to Jim and Christine Colgan, LouAnn and Mike Cipolla, Ken Dromgold, Eleanor McNamara and Al Giordano. We look forward to spring and another great lacrosse season in Warwick.
