WVT launches new web-based product for businesses

Warwick WVT Communications (Warwick Valley Telephone) has launched VAS4SMALLbiz, a web-based service for small and medium businesses. The first product to be offered is “Hosted Customer Relationship Management,” a centralized, online, customer-and-sales-tracking tool. Subscribers do not need additional equipment because all of their information is securely hosted on WVT servers. “Our new product has easy, online set up, and provides one access point for all of your information about potential and current customers, projects, and trouble shooting,” said WVT director of network technology, Keith Scarzafava. “You get up-to-date overviews of your entire business, plus a historical record of all activities.” With the growth of service providers in this area, WVT feels there is a solid market for the management tool. Consolidated customer information with automatic reminders can help organizations keep opportunities from falling through the cracks, track progress, and sell existing accounts. Price plans range from $20 per month for one to two users, to $300 per month for 26 to 100 users, and can be upgraded as needed. WVT introduced their new Hosted CRM at the Orange County Chamber of Commerce’s TechXpo on Sunday, March 30, in New Windsor. For more information and a demo visit www.vas4smallbiz.com.
