Warwick — At times it’s first things first when it comes to managing the scenic grounds of Winslow Therapeutic Center’s 100-acre facility just off Route 17A between Bellvale and Mt. Peter. Winslow is the premier facility for therapeutic riding in Orange County and employees and volunteers must devote most of their time and energy to offering unique and often life-changing horseback riding experiences to children and adults in this community. Consequently some of the landscaping, especially in Winslow’s picturesque garden, had fallen behind and given in to the fast-growing weeds. That’s when Wright Brothers Landscaping in Warwick came to the rescue. The firm donated labor and materials to return the garden to its original state. “This will be a work in progress,” said Brendan Wright who promises to return periodically to keep things in order. “We are grateful to the Wright Brothers for their generosity,” said Leo Kaytes, president of Winslow’s Board of Directors. “Once again it’s a pleasure for everyone who visits this beautiful garden.”
