Winslow plans annual Ride/Walk-A-Thon

    Warwick — On Sunday, Sept. 16, the Warwick County Park will be filled with Winslow staff, volunteers, parents, horses, riders and supporters who will gather together for Winslow Therapeutic Center’s 33rd Annual Alison Klepper Ride/Walk-A-Thon. The trails in the 800-acre park will be opened up exclusively for horseback riding on the day of the event. Supporters will ride and walk to raise money for Winslow’s Alison Klepper Memorial Fund wich was created by Mr. and Mrs. Fred Klepper in memory of their daughter Alison. The funds help those in need who other wise couldn’t afford to receive services. Pledge forms can be picked up at Winslow Therapeutic Center 328 Rt17A, Warwick, NY 10990 or on the web www.winslow.org.
