Winslow announces top 10 winners of 14th annual Duck Derby

WARWICK-Two-year old Alex Fogg of Warwick, NY was the Grand Prize winner of the 14th Annual Winslow Duck Derby, which took place on Sunday, May 16. She received a prize of $1,000 cash courtesy of Winslow Therapeutic Center. Alex's duck was the first of five thousand ducks to cross the finish line at the Main Street Bridge in Warwick. Thousands of bright colored plastic ducks were dumped from the Cablevision Bridge at 1:30 p.m. and floated their way down Wawayanda Creek. The following 10 winners whose ducks crossed the finish line won great prizes: 1st Prize Winner:  Barbara Le Duc of Warwick won three sets of "Dinner for Two" to the Landmark Inn, Yesterdays, and Bank Street Tavern G's Restaurant. 2nd Prize Winner:  Jodie L. Yankanin of Goshen won two tickets to a Broadway Show courtesy of WTBQ Radio. 3rd Prize Winner:  Elizabeth Black of Warwick won two tickets to an Off-Broadway Show courtesy of WTBQ Radio. 4th Prize Winner:  Armando Schuppe of Walden won a Basket of Goodies courtesy of Warwick Farmer's Market. 5th Prize Winner:  Alice Barros/Raquel of Warwick won a one hour private session for a Performance Enhancement Evaluation with Rick Rutkowski, PT, courtesy of Optimum Performance Physical Therapy. 6th Prize Winner:  Kevin Vander Berg of Wantage, N.J., won a Basket of Sweets courtesy of Sweetbriar's, Warwick. 7th Prize Winner:  Amanda Ramos of Warwick won a trail ride for two courtesy of Winslow Therapeutic Center 8th Prize Winner:  Amy Goldberg of NY, NY won three oil changes plus three car washes courtesy of Leo Kaytes Ford, Warwick. 9th Prize Winner:  John Mattinson of New Milford, Pa., won a $25 gift certificate toward Cut & Style courtesy of Shear Destiny, Chester, plus two day passes to Mountain Creek Water Park. 10th Prize Winner: Jeanne Meade of Montclair, N.J. won a $50 gift certificate to The Eclectic Eye, Warwick.
