Warwick Valley Chorale announces 2012 spring rehearsal schedule

WARWICK — The Warwick Valley Chorale will begin rehearsals for its spring season on Tuesday, Jan. 17, at the Warwick Reformed Church, 16 Maple Ave., Warwick. Registration begins at 7 p.m. on Jan. 17, 24 and 31. Rehearsals will follow registration at 7:30 p.m. The chorale is actively seeking new members. No auditions are required. Under the direction of Stanley Curtis, along with accompanist Gail Johnson, the chorale will be preparing to perform an “American Reflections” program. Due to its affiliation with MidAmerica Productions, the chorale has once again been invited to perform this program at the Lincoln Center-Avery Fisher Hall on June 5,. The chorale will also present several local area concerts in May; the program and venues for will be announced at a later date.
