Dec. 8 Jennifer Stymacks. 29, of Florida, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest. She was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 9 A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 10 A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .08 Percent. He was released to reappear in town court. Brandon Defini, 21, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 11 Kathleen Boswell-Wilcom, 48, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was released to reappear in town court.
