Sept. 5 Tina Cox, 41, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following two separate incidents. She was released to reappear in both the town and village court. Sept. 9 Reginald Stewart, 21, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree burglary, second- and third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree strangulation. He was released to reappear in town court. Sept. 10 Jennifer Mulder, 28, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was released to reappear in town court. Sept. 11 Christopher Brooks, 38, of Salt Lick, Kentucky, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in town court. Ryan Caldwell, 21, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree Burglary and third-degree Grand Larceny. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Nancy DeAngelo and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
