Oct. 20 George Ketchum, 68, of Sugar Loaf, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of more than .18 percent. He was released to reappear in village court. Oct. 21 David Raif, 29, of Melbourne, Fla., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. Timothy Hordych, 29, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault. He was released to reappear in village court. Oct. 22 Mariusz Klimczuk, 37, of West Milford, N.J., was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent. He was released to reappear in town court. Arthur Saladino, 36, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in town court. Oct. 23 Dmitry Vetrov, 41, of Middletown, was charged with forcible touching. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Nancy DeAngelo and sent to the Orange County Jail on $500 bail. Mariles Domingo, 57, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in village court. Nicole Lyew-Wooten, 39, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated. She was released to reappear in town court.
