    Oct. 5 Francis Farrell, 80, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was released to reappear in town court. Oct. 6 Jessica Dowse, 26, of Goshen, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was released to reappear in town court. Joseph Degroat, 29, of Warwick, was charged with sex offender failure to report address change and fugitive from justice for being wanted out of the State of Kentucky for failure to pay child support. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail on no bail to await extradition proceedings. Michael Santiago, 29, of Warwick, was charged with resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of a child, and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Jeanine Wadeson and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. A 20-year-old male from Goshen was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. He was released to reappear in town court. Oct. 7 Danielle Seidler, 27, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was released to reappear in town court. Luis Abundio, 27, of Warwick, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree assault. He was released to reappear in village court. Oct. 8 Carl Arena, 59, of Oakridge, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in town court. Oct. 9 Alberto Rivera, 42, of Warwick, was charged with driving while ability impaired and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. He was released to reappear in town court. An 18-year-old male and a 19-year-old male from Warwick were charged disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. They were released on $240 bail to reappear in village court.
