Aug. 1 A 16-year-old male from Warwick, N.Y., was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny following an incident on Sanfordville Rd. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Nayant Patel, 35, of Chester, N.Y., was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass 2nd, Harassment 2nd, and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd following an incident on South St. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Aug. 3 A 17-year-old female from Wantage, N.J., and a 17-year-old female from Branchville, N.J., were arrested and charged with Theft of Service following an incident at the Warwick Drive-Inn. They were released to reappear in Town Court. Aug. 4 David Heller, 24, of Warwick, N.Y., was arrested and charged with Falsely Reporting an Incident and Obstructing Government Administration 2nd following an incident on Oakland Ave. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Pedro Delgado, 67, of Pine Island, N.Y., was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd following an incident on County Hwy 1. He was arraigned by Hon. Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. Aug. 5 Dwayne Powell, 21, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd following an incident on State Hwy 17A. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Town Court. Aug. 6 Mitchell Moraczewski, 23, of Warwick, N.Y., was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd, Menacing 2nd, and Reckless Endangerment 1st following an incident on Little York Rd. He was arraigned by Hon. Peter Barlett and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. Aug. 7 An 18-year-old male from Warwick, N.Y., was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th following an incident on South St. He was released to reappear in Village Court. A 20-year-old female from Warwick, N.Y., was arrested and charged with Reckless Endangerment 2nd following an incident on Howe St. She was released to reappear in Village Court. Aug. 9 Jay Jehlen, 35, of Hewitt, N.J., was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd following an incident on Jersey Ave. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Michael Acevedo, 26, of Chester, N.Y., was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd following an incident on Oakland Ave. He was released to reappear in Village Court.
