Nov. 15 Three people were arrested as part of an undercover narcotics investigation where search warrants were executed at a residence on Jersey Avenue: Fallon Simpson, 25, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with fifth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with Physical Evidence; Michael Simpson, 22, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with fifth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; and a 20-year-old female from Greenwood Lake was charged with fifth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. All were arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail on bail. Nov. 16 Zachary Scheuermann, 21, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent and failure to comply with lawful order. He was processed and released to reappear in town court. Nov. 17 Luisa Figlia, 46, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. She was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 18 Kelly Blaikner, 43, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. She was released to reappear in town court. Rebecca Gaschler, 31, of Sussex, N.J., was charged with petit larceny. She was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 20 Francis Smith, 33, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operate a motor vehicle without an interlock device. He was released to reappear in village court. Stephanie Deghetto, 22, of Chester, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 1 Scott Gevers, 21, of Warwick, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Dec. 4 Myles Mezzetti, 69, of Pine Island, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. He was released to reappear in town court. Sam Meli, 30, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal trespass and endangering the welfare of a child. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 5 Orlando Abundio, 32, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. Dec. 6 Lavern Thompson, 48, of Warwick, was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended registration. She was released to reappear in town court. A 19-year-old male from Greenwood Lake was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was released to reappear in town court.
