Sept. 14 Mary Layman, 23, of Warwick, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. She was released to reappear in town court. Two 18-year-old males from Warwick were charged with third-degree criminal mischief and making graffitti. They were released on $200 bail to reappear in village court. Sept. 17 Francine James, 76, of New York City, was charged with third-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. She was released to reappear in Town Court. Sept. 18 Christopher Clark, 27, of Warwick, was charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released to reappear in town court.
